You have more restrictive parts than the throttle body to worry about. I would say your bolt on list will get you a very fun and fast car. The chip is definitely worth it and possibly the mod that will get you the most power out of all the basic bolt ons.

None what so ever. Keep in mind that we are not dealing with 5 or 10 year old plastics, these plastics are still brand new and the only way you will get noises is if they break, and you will notice that before you start hearing noises.
