Agree. I have yet to know of anyone do that. However I don't imagine it being too difficult, it's just a matter of finding the right light modules and tapping into the existing wiring. Now the color changing feature is going to be tricking to retain.

Those are used to protect the car during the assembly process, you can remove them.

hmmm....that may scratch the clear on the bumper and the chrome on the grill from all the vibration when driving. Not a good idea. And don't tighten it too much because you will scratch it as well
